The room is recently refurbished and well-stocked, comes with supplies, the most comfortable bed, the TV. It is in convenient location to Universal Orlando Resort, set right next to the hotel. The venue is 10 minutes walk from the bus station.

I liked the location the parking was great everything I needed was all right around us. It was very easy to find
I know now to ask for a ground floor room at 65 stairs are starting to be a problem with luggage.

Finally! A non-smoking room that doesn't smell like smoke... Best room of all hotels in the area. 2nd floor room provided an awesome view of the smokey mountains.
Pillows and matresses were a bit on the firm side

Recommend for a weekend break
Comfortable beds, friendly staff, breakfast was delicious and satisfying, with a good selection better than typical continental offerings.

Was very pleasantly surprised at how clean and nice the rooms were. We generally stay at Holiday Inn but this Quality location was half the price of Holiday Inn and just as nice or better than the previous 2 we'd stayed in a few days before. Would definitely stay again!!

Location - marvellous close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Particularly good breakfast selection, cookies, eggs, and yogurt.

Room was cleaned daily including things bigger hotels don't do, enjoyed breakfast choices, and very nice staff.
No enough tables/chairs for breakfast, door didn't automatically shut on its own, and loitering people on stairwell and outside my room.
